Which products in life require flame-retardant PC/ABS materials?

For manufacturers in industries like aviation, electronics, medical devices, and transportation, requiring flame retardant parts is nothing new. 3.SABIC:

SABIC has outstanding performance in the field of flame-retardant PC/ABS materials, and its CYCOLOY™ PC/ABS series is one of the best.

Example product: CYCOLOY™ PC/ABS C2800, which can meet the flame level requirements of UL94 V0 1.5mm and 5VB 2.0mm. It is widely used in automobiles, home appliances, telecommunications equipment and other fields.

The customer requires the material to have the following characteristics:

1. The flame retardant grade can reach the UL94 1.5mm V0 grade, and the flame retardant performance is stable;

2.The color is red, consistent with the standard color, and the color difference value is stable; 

3. Comply with ROHS, ROHS certification, safe and environmentally friendly;

The customer originally used flame-retardant ABS material, and the mold was also made of ABS mold. The customer requested that the replacement material have performance not inferior to the original material, the price is reasonable, and there is no need to replace the mold. Primetech Plastics engineers chose halogen-free flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy, and arranged professional injection molding engineers to assist customers in adjusting the processing technology, switching to more cost-effective materials without modifying the mold.

The customer requires the material to have the following characteristics:

1. Excellent flame retardant performance, the flame retardant grade can reach UL94 1.5mmV0 grade;

2. It has good fluidity and can process larger parts;

3. The initial temperature of the glow wire reaches 750℃;

4.Excellent impact resistance.

According to the customer's requirements, Mattel Plastics selected halogen-free flame-retardant PC/ABS materials for customers. In addition to meeting all the above requirements,it also has the characteristics of low smoke, making it safer and more environmentally friendly.

The customer requires the material to have the following characteristics:

1.1.6mm V0 flame retardant PC/ABS,

2. The color is customized to orange.

We use a small machine to produce samples for our customers, with only 4 lines and can only produce 30-50KG of samples per hour, making it easy to adjust at any time. This sample is orange, and the customer also emphasized the appearance. The color matching engineer made a color test every 15 minutes.
