A protective shoe factory in China contacted us and asked us to customize PC/ABS alloy materials for the production of protective shoe toe caps. They put forward the following requirements for product performance testing, which meet the LD50-94 requirements standards for anti-smash safety toe caps.  Including：

1.Pressure resistance: Put the high pressure into the rubber mud cylinder 35mm inside the inner head, with a diameter of 22mm, and then apply the speed to the required force at 5mm/min for 1 minute, then return the force to zero, take out the compressed rubber mud, and use a caliper Measure the height with the lowest value, and the value should comply with the regulations.

2.Impact resistance: Place the toe with inner toe cap and plasticine under the impact machine, fix the toe to be inspected, raise the impact hammer 23KG (±0.2KG) to the required height, and then freely fall to impact the toe with a caliper. Measure the height with the lowest value, and the value should comply with the regulations;

3.The compression test and impact test requirements of the inner toe cap are the same as those of the toe cap, but the deformation distance of the inner toe cap after the test shall not be less than 22mm.
