Processing Guidelines (Injection Molding Reference)

For optimal molding results, we recommend the following process window:

• Drying: Dry for 2-3 hours at 120°C to achieve moisture content ≤ 0.02%.

• Melt Temperature: 280°C - 320°C, with 300°C being optimal.

• Mold Temperature: 80°C - 120°C.

• Screw Speed: 0.05 - 0.2 m/s.
