HOMO Polypropylene is composed of single bonds unique to propylene. Due to its high crystallinity and excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and rigidity, HOMO Polypropylene is widely used in the manufacture of household products and industrial parts.
BLOCK Polypropylene is a product that improves the low-temperature impact properties of homopolymer PP. It is produced by copolymerizing propylene and ethylene, and is composed of blocks homopolymer PP and ethylene-propylene copolymers. It is used to manufacture industrial parts that require high impact strength such as automobiles and electronic and electrical appliances.
RANDOM Polypropylene is a product that improves the transparency and softness of homopolymer PP. It is produced by copolymerizing propylene and ethylene and randomly arranging the two monomers. It is used to manufacture products that require transparency and softness, such as household goods, food and clothing packaging.
TerPolymer Polypropylene is a product produced by using ethylene and butane gas as co-monomers in addition to propylene. Compared with homopolymer PP, it has more outstanding physical properties on the transparency side and a lower melting point, so it is used as Raw materials for products that require processing in low temperature environments. Heat-sealing plastic sheets used to make plastic sheets for packaging food, beverages, etc.
